How I work, terms & conditions
1. How long is a consultation with me?
The consultation lasts between 60 minutes and 90 minutes depending on which you decide to choose.
2. Where do sessions take place?
The session takes place on zoom. I can send you the zoom meeting by email. I'll record this for you and send it through after the consultation so that you can refer back to it when you want. In Person consultations with me in Lagos, Portugal, are also possible.
3. what information is required from you?
Please send through your birth data - full name, date of birth, as exact as possible, with the time & place of birth by email to Camilla.rigg@gmail.com. Please also provide a question and some background information on your situation and question.
4. When do you need to pay for the consultation?
In order to make the preparation for your consultation, a full payment is required in advance. I will send you my payment details in prior to your session.
5. Do you need to book in advance, can you reschedule?
Yes, please
book at least 48hrs before a consultation. I kindly ask you to give at least
24hrs notice if you need to cancel so we can reschedule.
6. Can my consult be recorded?
Yes, if you wish, our consultation will be recorded when done online via zoom, so you can refer back to it whenever you need to.
7. All information provided by you remains privately between us.
Confidentiality is an integral part of my work, and none of your data or content we discuss will be shared with anyone else.
